" This was a great place from which to enjoy the experiences Hot Springs has to offer. It is located a short distance from the National Park. We took a couple trips to nearby state parks and to Little Rock. The home has recently benefitted from some remodeling and has all of the modern conveniences you would hope for and was also decorated for the holidays. This is a cute 2 bedroom home with a full kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all of the things you could need to make meals there. The two bedrooms each with a TV also have their own updated bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked - lots of towels and supplies. We traveled with our dog. The property is dog friendly and has a fenced rear yard. There were also toys for the dog. There was also two crates in the house if you had to leave your pup home alone - though we did not need them. The owners were very engaging and communicative leading up to our arrival. We got responses to our messages promptly, though we had no problems at all. Go for it - you will enjoy this place!!"

"This VRBO was even better in reality than what the photos showed. It is very well laid-out and the five of us who stayed overnight were very comfortable - there is plenty of room and all beds were in excellent condition. The kitchen had everything we needed and the instructions were perfectly written. The host was wonderful and prompt with answers. We had guests from five states - most of us were experienced with VRBO homes. We all agreed that this home was at the top re: the best of our VRBO rentals. Thank you, Seth and LaRissa!"
