"Staff were lovely especially Francis the manager she was outstanding. There were nice touches in the room including lovely fluffy towels, rituals product, tea coffee and biscuits and bottles of water. The location is in walking distance of the city centre and is close to the airport. "

The room was well-equipped with fun treats! Highly reccomend stopping here while in Dublin. Plus, the convenience of the airport shuttle is invaluable."

"We booked this for the ability to have 4 beds. The place is nice but it's a bit past it's prime and showing it's age. The biggest challenge for us was the road noise from the highway right outside the window. The pub and food onsite were great. "

"The room and washroom was so dirty. There was mold growing in so many parts of the washroom, I never felt clean. The carpets were constantly dirty. The staff were very dismissive and not friendly "

"The hotel was cleaned but was missing the basic toilet essentials. They advised room service and they do not serve food after 9:45pm even though they show kitchen closes at 10pm. They did not have good service in their restaurants. It was very disappointing."
