"Stayed in Sofia many times in the past two years in a range of hotels. It was this one which impressed me the most. The staff were incredibly helpful as well as the location being extremely convenient for easy access to the city services. Would definitely stay again!"

"Room was amazing, very comfortable and the view was incredible. Only a few minor cons. The laundry service is very expensive, the building is on centralized air and in winter won’t allow you to go below 23*C so the room got quite warm, and the bellhops did not offer any help with the luggage on check in (only appearing after a suitcase got caught in the revolving door and I had to press the emergency stop)."

"Front desk was very helpful on directions to local sites & calling taxis. Room was good for a couple of nights. A continental breakfast is included & there was more choices than I would have expected. There is also an onsite res't for dinner, which we had one night. The service was very good & so was the food & the proportions were large. A 10-20 minute walk to attractions. "
