"The staff and wonderful and kind. They ensured we had a room with both balcony and bathtub, a lovely large comfy room. The location is good to the clubs, market and many shops and restaurants. The showers were exceptional with super hot water and great pressure. The breakfast was a great value with many options. The bed was a proper king and the blackout curtains did just thay. The only the only thing i would recommend is to add chairs to the balcony and teach the bartenders how to pour a drink with more than 20 ml of liquor. Recommend. blackput curtains did exactly that. "We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay."
