"Very beautiful property with lots of great spots to choose from. I was car camping by myself and the host was more than happy to let me park near the guest facilities so I wouldnt have to make my late night bathroom trips in the dark. I was very surprised at how much was offered for guests (free use of washers &dryers, fridge/freezer, shower. Bathroom, etc.) Especially with how affordable the stay was. Definitely would reccomend!"

"The home was great. I didn't understand the dorm style bathrooms (3 shower stalls, 3 toilet rooms. when I booked but it worked out fine for those of us that needed to use it. Joanna was excellent to work with. She answered all my questions before and during our stay. We would definitely rent from her again."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! I own a cleaning company and from the moment we walked in, we were amazed by how clean everything was. The house was spotless, and it’s clear that so much care and pride goes into keeping it that way. The layout of the home is so uniquely built and cozy—it truly feels like a little retreat tucked away in the woods where you can disconnect from the stress of everyday life and just relax. Every room had its own charm, and we loved all of the different décor throughout the house. It was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. We were also blown away by the amenities. They truly thought of everything! The gift basket was such a thoughtful touch, especially since my husband forgot to pack shampoo and body wash haha my kiddos also loved the smores! It was such a kind gesture that made us feel so welcome and cared for.The communication was always prompt, and the home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Another huge bonus was the swimming hole just five minutes down the road. It was so convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable, especially since we could fish there too!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!*only reason for the 4 star is how conveniently located it is. We had an idea of where it was located and how secluded it was, so we were prepared. But it’s pretty tucked away."

"I have stayed at two of Todd’s properties the other one being thunder mountain in Caddo gap. This one was just as great as the other. Easy access to the river and proximity to town was excellent. The property is perfect for a couples getaway. Definitely will be back."

"The property is beautiful. The cabin is very spacious. We enjoyed the large living area, the spacious kitchen area and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large front porch, an upstairs screened porch area, and a fire pit area to hang out. I will definitely visit this location again and I recommend 10/10."
