"My family and I were in town for a dance competition. The location of the event was within steps from hotel to stage and made our stay even more beneficial. We were very pleased with easy check in, valet parking was wonderful and everyone very helpful. The room was spotless and had all amenities one would need if forgotten at home. The lobby also had snacks and other things if need be. I think it is a new policy, but breakfast now cost $15 per person and $10 per child under 11. We were not aware of that when booking and understood it was free. We later found out that dancers ate free so we only had breakfast one time. It was decent, no complaints. What you would typically expect from a continental breakfast. Was it worth what they are now charging...absolutely not. So if you want more bang for your buck, door dash or leave and go where you would like. If you want convenience and just to grab a bite and go...have the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be staying there our next competition hands down. "

"First and foremost, the cabin was clean! We stopped in AR on our way to Gatlinburg. While we were only there for two nights, the little A-frame house was more inviting and welcoming than the mountainside house we stayed at in Gatlinburg. The owners responded almost immediately to any questions. The entire family loved our stay there. My son and his friend loved the dock and the kayaks—they kayaked across the lake and fished. We would highly recommend staying here. "

"Refrigerator is wedged in and there's trash visible on both sides of it. Bunk room is a garage space with an uninsulated garage door and no heat or air other than a small heater. Furniture is all white and dingy, needs to be cleaned."
