"The rooms were not really clean and the walls had plaster coming off. They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you. At check in you could not hear the attendant due to the music being played. And they tried to charge for Valet parking. The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. "

"My 2 daughters, 1 of their friends and myself (mom) booked this cabin for a mini spring break that would let us bring our 2 puppies. What a pleasure this Lake House provided. the weather did not cooperate, but the property was perfect. we were able to play with the puppies, go hiking in the national park, cooked at the cabin for supper one evening, cooked breakfast daily. Plenty room for all of us. Enjoyed seeing deer. Spent evenings watching movies. were going to play games provided by the host but just ran out of time. We loved the cozy "lake" decorations and theme. We had no issues with the directions to reach our destination. All the rules provided were exactly as stated. We fell in love with this little property and would definitely visit again. Hopefully in the summer so we can enjoy the lake. The property is just minutes from downtown Hot Springs and we were able to enjoy the St Patricks day parade. Enjoyed some shopping and on our last day were able to visit the Bath house and spent time just soaking int he water! Thank you so much for providing such a special property to unwind, relax and bring our dog."
