"The beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows, the beds are really Small and like fragile, the move easily and the pillow is like air, really small and the mattress really thin I would really like a refund or something"

"The breakfast on the weekend would not start until 7.30 am which is later than weekdays of 6.30. I think it should have been at most 7 am. At 7.30 there was a line of 30-40 people maybe more to get in the breakfast room."

"This was a very good hotel with excellent breakfast. The staff were all polite and helpful. The hotel is also close to a big shopping mall with some nice restaurants in it. To go to Central Oslo you need a take a train or bus ,which are all at walkable distance from hotel."

The location is fairly central, with the train station just a short walk away."
