  • Come enjoy Utah in this remodeled bright basement apartment. The location is 30 min away from SLC Airport, 20 min from Little Cottonwood Canyon, and 10 min from Silicon Slopes.

    If you’re here for work or travel you can enjoy brand new kitchen appliances, Roku TV w/ Netflix, and Disney Plus. This unit is kid-friendly, we have a playpen and a high chair.

    We live above the unit with our three young boys so you may hear us occasionally; however, you will have your own private entrance and parking spot. Keyless entry and beautiful views to enjoy. The whole lower suite is for you.
