"Das Hotel war super. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich."

"Allergiker Bettwäsche schnell bekommen, alte Bettwäsche wurde aber nicht mitgenommen, sondern verblieb auf dem bett"

"They allowed to check in early, they’re very nice just sink was overflowing"

"Great staff, location is right next to plaza with great food market and public transportation options."

"Delayed flight and no help at airport. Booked a room for my family and I. Wrong room given then moved (reluctantly) to find no linen for sons bed or an extra towel set. Spent nearly £200 to stay in a room for 4 hours. Beautiful hotel, wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately with the next available flight we couldn’t, we were tired, husband unwell and needed to get home, we were very much an afterthought."

"Ich war sehr begeistert, beginnend mit dem Frühstück sehr freundliches Personal sehr schöne Zimmer. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen bei euch ♥️♥️"

"The hotel is in a great location, near to s&u bahns, plenty of great restaurants that are local too. Breakfast has a good choice and was fresh, my daughter loved the waffle machine! The room was a good size, the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable for me. Staff were very helpful, was able to store luggage pre and post checking in/out."

"Great"

"Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung"

"Thank You"

"The hotel apartment provided was really nice and clean. Really impressed by the hotel and enjoyed our stay here. The shampoo and lotion also smelt very nice."

"Clean room, helpful staff, well located… terribly expensive breakfast, many great options just outside, however. Motel is getting a little long in the tooth and could use a refresh. Rooms should have a Nespresso machine at a minimum."

"جيده جداً"

"Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr groß und die Sauna sehr schön!"

"Great place to stay! At the center of everything! Close to Potsdamer Platz!"
