Efterårsferie i Dresden

Hotel Prinz Eugen ligger i en rolig forstad til Dresden, med sporvogn er man i centrum på 20 minutter. Værelserne er rummelige, sengene udmærkede, men lave. Priserne er absolut rimelige for værelserne, personalet er venlige og høflige. Morgenmaden OK. Parkering gratis lige uden for døren eller i hotellets gård. Samlet set var vi meget tilfredse med at bo på Hotel Eugen, og vi vælger gerne dette hotel igen, når vi næste gang skal til Sachsen. Eneste minus var det såkaldte "the-køkken". Rummet var der - og også et køleskab. Men der var intet kogested, kogegrej, service eller bestik. Med andre ord: Thekøkkenet er ikke et thekøkken. Men pyt med det, der ligger gode restauranter få gader væk ned mod Elben, og er priserne på øl og mad også absolut billige.

Room was great. Bathroom was awesome. It was a great stay. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was delicious. We would stay here again. The towels were a bit stiff other than that a great visit.

Un buon rapporto qualità - prezzo. Da consigliare

L'Hotel è un pò fuori mano rispetto al centro di Dresda, ma considerato il rapporto qualità - prezzo ed il fatto che ero in auto e con parcheggi comodi in centro, non è stato un problema. Inoltre il parcheggio davanti l'albergo è libero, la camera quadrupla è veramente larga, al pianterreno e l'addetta alla reception è stata cordiale. Da consigliare per chi è automunito.

Hübsches, liebenswertes Hotel in Elbnähe

Der Aufenthalt war klasse und lohnt jeden Besuch. Das Zimmer hat ein wunderbares Ambiente, das Personal ist souverän und zuverlässig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir werden sicher für länger wiederkommen, waren jetzt 3 Nächte dort.

Ruhiges Hotel am Stadtrand

Sind schon oft im Prinz Eugen abgestiegen und waren immer zufrieden. Diesmal wurde uns ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage zugewiesen in dem ein Bett stand das unter aller Kanone war! Meine Frau bekam beim aufstehen einen Kramp weil die Oberschenkel auf den Brett der Bettumrandung einschnitten! Das lag vor allen an der dünnen Matratze. Als ich mich hinlegen wollte sackte ich durch bis auf dem Lattenrost, wenn da überhaupt einer drin war? Es fühlte ich an als läge die Matratze auf Bretter!? Nach Umzug in das Zimmer 201 War die Hotelweit wieder in Ordnung. Tolles Bett, die sollten in allen Zimmern stehen.

Wir waren mit dem Service für das Frühstück unzufrieden, da trotz Bestellung alkoholfreiem Sektes doch alkoholhaltiger Sekt serviert wurde und eine Blummenbestellung garnicht erst möglich war. Die Matratzen waren viel zu tief, so dass man beim Aussteigen auf der Holzumrahmung des Bettes saß, was sehr unangenehm war.Die Dusche war viel zu hoch, so dass Sturzgefahr beim Ein- und Aussteigen bestand. Der Wasserspender in der Dusche ließ sich nur unter Bedienung beider Hände verstellen. Sehr lobenswert war die tägliche Sauberkeit, sowie die Größe des Zimmers. Trotzdem halten wir den 4. Stern für unverdient.

haben das Hotel mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern(12 J.) bewohnt, Städtetrip, sehr geräumiges Zimmer, mit kleiner Singleküche, haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, konnten uns im Zimmer versorgen, denn sonst wären 12,90 Euro x 4 fürs Frühstück fällig gewesen fußläufig zur Strassenbahn ca.3 min, damit dann tagsüber ca.40 min in die Innenstadt, so sieht man auch gleich noch andere Seiten von Dresden Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, würden auf alle Fälle wieder dort buchen

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit der Familie in Dresden

Wir waren im Grunde mit drei Generationen im Hotel und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Besonders angenehm war die großzügige Zimmergröße und der vorhandene Kühlschrank. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier mehr als stimmig! Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht so sehr in zentraler Stadtnähe, aber die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können es auch weiterempfehlen!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Bei Anreise wurde uns ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen, worauf dann ein kompletter Umzug (Koffer bereits alle ausgepackt) sowie erneute Anmeldung erforderlich war. Keine Entschuldigung! Frühstücksvielfalt sowei okay. Leider waren die angepriesenen Tische im Freien auf eine Anzahl von 5 Tischen, von denen 4 nur für 2 Personen war. Wir waren aber zu dritt. Auch die versprochene individuell zubereitete Eierspeise wurde sehr widerwillig zubereitet. Der Service einer Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption ließ sehr zu Wünschen übrig, da ein Hinterfragen nicht erwünscht war bzw. beantwortet wurde mit "man könne ja lesen". Die Betten waren mit extrem durchgelegenen Matratzen bestückt und gerrten bei jeder Körperdrehung. Somit blieb auch der erholsame Schlaf aus. Wohlfühlfaktor gleich Null.
