Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns in der gepflegten und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Prima Ausstattung für Selbstversorger. Die bereitgestellten Räder waren top und haben uns Fahrten ins kulturelle Zentrum aber auch in die Umgebung ermöglicht. Unser Gastgeber war immer für uns da und in der Wohnung haben wir reichlich Info- Material für Unternehmungen gefunden. Wir können dieses wunderbare "Zuhause auf Zeit" in Dresden nur weiterempfehlen und sagen nochmals ganz herzlich Dankeschön. Liebe Grüße von Ingrid und Karin

Perfektes Basislager für unsere Dresden Erkundung ! Nah an der Straßenbahn + S-Bahn ( ohne Umsteigen bis ins Elbsandsteingebirge) ! Die Wohnung tadellos ! Betten bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet ! Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Hof !Genügend Fahrräder zum Ausleihen vorhanden! Alles klasse !!

Great apartment near Elbepark

Excellent price for a comfortable apartment in Dresden. The friendly owner Jörg lives upstairs and was always available to help us. Good location near restaurants, grocery, bakeries and tram/bus stops. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Dresden.

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung die ich gerne weiterempfehle

Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und dadurch ist das Zentrum von Dresden unkompliziert und schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und entbehrte nichts .

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten

Perfekte Lage sowohl für die Erkundung von Dresden als auch für Trips ins Umland mit der S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nix gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden in der kleinen, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Dank der zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder und der guten Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel konnten wir ganz auf Fahrten mit unserem Auto verzichten. Der Hinweis auf die Nutzung des Hofes durch eine kleine Kindertagesstätte ist wichtig. Und hat das Spielen der Kinder überhaupt nicht gestört.

Sauber und Zentral

Die Kommunikation war gut und ausreichend. Die Küche war mit allem, was man braucht. An den Strassenlärm muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber dann geht es. Der Preis ist angemessen.

Die Wohnung war praktisch und wohnlich eingerichtet.

Wir haben mit einer Rollstuhlperson,gut im Objekt zurecht gekommen.Auch die Ausstattung, hat uns gefallen. Es war für uns ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auch die Auskunftmappe hat uns sehr geholfen.Es war eine gute Zeit für uns. Vielen Dank an Herrn Melzer.

Goldene Herbsttage

Wir haben uns in der schlichten aber gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von unseren Besichtigungstouren sehr gerne "nach Hause" gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt super und wir haben bis auf die Anreise und Abreise alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gemacht! Es waren schöne Tage für uns und für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung super. Tolle Wohnung für die Erkundung von Dresden und Umland

Ich kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist sowohl funktional als auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts!!! Obwohl sie ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn liegt, ist sie schön ruhig und bildet damit den optimalen Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung ostdeutscher Schönheiten, wie Dresden und Umgebung.

Nette Vermieter, alles super organisiert, Ausstattung hervorragend. Liebevoll gestalteter Garten. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort um Dresden und Umgebung per Rad oder Auto zu erkunden. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Stadt und ins Umfeld. S-Bahn in ca. 250m. Wir haben vor, wiederzukommen.
