"Beautiful, the best area/street! Shopping! Food! however some things can be made better! I like the classic and chic vibes the hotel gives, however the age also shows. The wifi is unreliable and the TV channels were hard to navigate in the night time when we did want to just unwind and relax. Breakfast was delicious but I expected better. Our coffee and omelette orders did not come until the very end of our meal; it almost made us late to our Park Guell time. I was a little sad and disappointed because I’d heard such good things, and the pictures of the breakfast spreads were beautiful. I’ve had better and this can definitely have some improving. Overall though, this hotel was still one of my favorite parts of my Barcelona stay just due to its class, and the servicing of the rooms multiple times a day. Very clean. I would stay again, just have my meals somewhere else. "

"I was greeted with champagne!!! Staff was so helpful and friendly! Bell guys are amazing from getting luggage to finding taxi. This property was very comfortable and eerything was at hand! The pool area was always very clean and quiet. It had an attached bar with beautiful views everywhere. "
