There are three structures on the 12 acres: the home you are reserving, the owner's home, and an additional family home. Both structures on the property are about 150 yards from your home.

Welcome to Driftwood, the "hidden gem" of the Texas Hill Country. Nestled on a quiet 12 acres, our home offers a true escape from the city hustle while keeping you in the center of the region’s premier culinary and wedding destinations.

Driftwood is famous for its "Dark Sky" status, meaning you’ll enjoy some of the best stargazing in Texas right from our backyard. By day, you are surrounded by rolling hills and ancient oaks; by night, the neighborhood is a peaceful sanctuary where the only sounds are the local owls and the rustle of the wind.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 5-bedroom home, the backyard, the pool, hot tub, and game room that is attached to the house.
The only exceptions are a locked owner's storage unit and a cleaning closet, which are reserved for staff use.

Our home is a classic, older property with traditional decor. It is intentionally kept this way to offer a cozy, nostalgic atmosphere. While this style isn't everyone's personal taste, we take great pride in keeping the space spotlessly clean, fully functional, and comfortable for a relaxed stay.

Thanks for choosing us for your stay, we are delighted to have you! Below is some helpful information. If you need anything, please send us a message on the platform.

1. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am Daily. We want you to enjoy your stay with us. After 10pm, please bring the guests inside and keep inside/outside noise to a minimum. Please note that amplified music is not permitted inside or outside on the grounds of the property.
2. Local Guests Bookings: Locals are prohibited from booking a 1 night stay, to protect the grounds and keep it from being booked as a party house. You are considered a local guest if you reside within 50 miles of the property.
3. Occupancy & Visitors: Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number of overnight guests. In the event you have daytime guests not staying overnight, we ask you share these plans with the host before booking.
4. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends (limited to 2) with a surcharge of $150 per pet, per stay. No aggressive breeds. Please notify us at booking inquiry: the animal's breed and approximate weight. Pets must be continent and potty trained. Owners must include the pet(s) in the reservation booking. Please leash your pet for walks, and clean up all waste or hair from your pet (inside and outside). No pets on furniture or beds. If your pet’s feet are muddy, sandy, or wet please wipe them off before allowing your pet to move about the house. Please keep your pet quiet, especially during quiet hours, so as not to disturb other guests on the property or the neighbors.
5. Parties/Special events: No parties are allowed.
6. Smoke Free/Drug Free Property: No smoking, vaping, or cannabis is allowed inside the home. No illegal drugs allowed on the property.
7. Plumbing: No unsavories or feminine hygiene products/diapers down the toilet or sewage system. This will greatly inconvenience your stay and future stays.
8. No Open Flames: For the safety of our guests and the property, candles, incense, fireworks, and other open flames are not permitted anywhere inside the home.
9. Pool and Hot Tub Safety: We hope you enjoy the pool and hot tub during your stay. Please note that the pool and hot tub area is not enclosed by a safety fence, and all swimming is at your own risk. For everyone's safety, glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool area. No unsafe or reckless behavior in or around the pool or hot tub.
10. Texas Hill Country Wildlife: Nature is a beautiful part of our location, which means you may encounter some local wildlife, including but not limited to mosquitoes, ants, locusts, june-bugs, snakes, tarantulas, mice, dragonflies, bees, yellow jackets, etc. While we maintain a strict pest control schedule, we cannot guarantee a pest free environment and do not offer refunds for natural wildlife encounters. Please help keep pests outside by keeping doors closed and storing food properly.
11. Mid-Stay Cleaning (Stays Over 14 Days): For reservations longer than 14 days, a professional cleaning is required every two weeks to help maintain the property's cleanliness and condition. These cleanings must be scheduled through our approved cleaning team and purchased directly through the guest portal.
12. Left-Behind Items: Before departing, please take a moment to check closets, drawers, and under beds for personal belongings.
13. Utilities, Weather & Unforeseen Events: While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth stay, certain circumstances, such as area power outages, utility disruptions (water, internet, or cable), municipal maintenance, and severe weather, are beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds, date modifications, or compensation for disruptions caused by weather, natural elements, or utility provider outages. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance prior to your trip to cover any unexpected travel delays or disruptions.
14. We will charge an extra guest fee of $25 per extra guests, per night for over 10 guests.
