"Having booked 3 nights in this place. I ended up sleeping 3 nights on the bedroom floor due to an unbelievably loud pump right outside my bedroom window. I contacted the property agent regarding this issue after the first night. They claim a plumber was sent out to fix the problem. Second night, still the same issue, and again the third night.
