"This was a good place to use as a home base while exploring Dublin and taking bus tours to other areas. It was quiet, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen adequately supplied. An added bonus was the balcony where we could sit and relax. The apartment is across the street from the lockbox, a little confusing at first. "

Biggest problem is water; there wasn’t hot water in the evenings to shower or to wash dishes (we took turns showering every other day), and by day 3 there was no cold water pressure, so I couldn’t even wash my hair the rest of the week. The other issue was the atrocious smell. Neighbors smoked cigarettes constantly, and the smell was all in the entrance and even into the apartment. On the Saturday a neighbor came and used the clothes dryer rack outside and took it away....

"Property in extreme disrepair. Needs repainting, broken headboard repaired, radiator off wall, faucet in kitchen replaced and was filthy on our arrival. Surely not worth 4388.00 $ for two weeks! "

"The location is a little dodgy, but you can walk into the Temple Bar area in about 15 minutes, which is convenient. The space was fine, beds were comfortable, water use made everything really loud. However, everything we needed did get a quick response and check in and check out were really easy. "
