"Really convenient location, very close to the metro station which is very easy to use."

"Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel."

"Very clean. Perfect location for us as we were attending a concert 2 mins walk away. Room was very warm. Breakfast buffet included was great, everything you could ask for. Room furniture a little dated but fine. The shower was over a bath, personally I’d much prefer a large walk in shower, I have never taken a bath at a hotel. "

"Truly wonderful stay beautiful area very easy to get to metro from and lovely breakfast too. Rooms were really nice and bed was very big and comfortable a very very nice stay for our 4 nights and we will for sure be back again"

"AVOID! Not a great hotel. Room was 28 degrees and apparently they won’t turn the air conditioning on. Can’t open the window as too much noise from the busy motorway. Didn’t sleep at all!"
