"Staff... not helpful. No communication among them. Avoid job. Breakfast is very good but better to go early to enjoy. Location is good. Only some of hotel staffs ruined my experience."

"Hotel was in a quiet location well placed for shops, restaurants and the nearby metro. Stayed in an executive room, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff were welcoming and attentive, slight issue on checkout but quickly resolved. The beauty of the hotel is its history. Once a perfume establishment, this has been carried over into hospitality. Each of the rooms have been appointed a scent associated with the company and our room smelt amazing. Would i visit this hotel again? Definitely."

"A little out of town, with few bars/ restaurants nearby but a lovely hotel. It is near the Metro system."

"Stayed here for 3 nights April 2026. Couple travelling for a city break. Location is good, next to a nice canal and a short walk from some lovely restaurants. Not very close to the city centre but public transport is cheap and easy to navigate. The hotel itself is nice and modern, rooms are quite basic. We stayed in the classic double on the ground floor. No comfy chair or sofa despite there being enough room for one. The bed was large and very comfortable though. The room appeared clean at first glance but upper shelves were not dusted, someone else’s contact lens stuck to the outside of the waste bin in the bathroom and ants in the bathroom on the last day. The staff were friendly and helpful but the spa left us confused - it is NOT included. Cost €20 euros per person. Breakfast was included which was continental with some other options such as eggs and bacon and it was quite nice, probably one of the best bits of the hotel. Overall a decent hotel and I would probably stay there again, but would look at other options first."

"This property used to be a cool option and I went there multiple times in the past. It’s getting a bit older and memories are no longer up to par. "

"Very clean. Perfect location for us as we were attending a concert 2 mins walk away. Room was very warm. Breakfast buffet included was great, everything you could ask for. Room furniture a little dated but fine. The shower was over a bath, personally I’d much prefer a large walk in shower, I have never taken a bath at a hotel. "
