"Lovely property with great balconies and views. Spacious and clean. Beautiful area and perfect location for walking to Kotor Old Town. Central for other attractions with car. We cannot fault the attention and care to us shown by our host. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Best beach we found was at Morinj but lots nearby."

"Dragun was an excellent host at the tea rooms in Kotor. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the property is nestled into Kotor about a 3 minute walk from the old town gate, with a tremendous view of the fortress upon exiting the property- it didn’t get old the whole time we were there! Dragun went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He even helped us out by kindly printing a bus ticket we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dragun! "

I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "
