The Ark Trip!

The Roomy Ranch exceeded all our expectations. Clean, safe, and comfortable for 7 adults, with plenty of dishes, towels, and all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. We would choose to stay here again.

This home was an excellent choice for our family of 5 plus 5 other family members who joined us. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We can recommend the “Roomy Ranch” to anyone…especially if they are visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The house is nicely decorated and comfortable, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is an ample supply of towels and washcloths. The hosts are quick to respond and the visit was wonderful!

Perfect for the Ark Encounter

Perfect rental for 3 moms and 6 teens. The teens enjoyed the games provided, threw football outside and we enjoyed meals in the dining room. Trip to the Ark Encounter, Creation museum and Newport Aquarium

What a Great place to stay!!! Easy to get to all the places we came to see. Restaurants close by if you are looking for a quick meal or shopping at the same exit if you want to cook (our group did both). We used all 4 bedrooms and both bathrooms, everything very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, nice dinning area and living room seating with a nice tv made everyone happy. The outdoor seating area was used both nights by our group. Would definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Stuff. Family Vacation

We flew into Cinn. and wanted to stop at the Ark, forty min. from Cinn. on our way to Pigeon Forge. This was a great stop over point, was comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast at "The Bean" and dinner at "La Rosa's Pizza" much more than pizza and both very good. The Ark is very impressive and worth the visit, give yourself a day to enjoy it all We spent two nights. Went for a walk in the neighbor hood in the morning before our four hour drive to Dollywood. Thanks for letting us stay.

Golden Girls Adventure

We are a group of friends who love adventure. We wanted to go to The Ark Encounter. We rented this home for the weekend. It was perfect. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee bar. Plenty of room for 7 ladies. Nice patio with a fire pit to spend the evening relaxing. Very close to The Ark. The kitchen was well stocked stocked. Plenty of towells and blankets. A great place to stay.
