"This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai."

We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"We did not end up staying at your place because itbwas overbooked. We were left hanging for the night. We were on the phone a few hours to resolve but have yet to get a free night stay somewhere as compensation for our aggravation. "

"The only positive about this place is the location and views. However there is a tower being built right outside (very common) so don't expect to enjoy the balcony during the day. The furniture was in Poor condition. The bathroom had some nasty product in the shower, the silverware was dirty. The unit is in good condition but everything in it seemed bad. The fridge didn't fit the space. And then there are hidden fees....please review ALL the fees. I was there 3 days and I would have to pay for...

"Stayed at this hotel just over a week and everything was great.Genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed at.The size of the rooms are great and come with a great range of amenities that are extremely useful and make you feel more at home.We had a duplex room and a superior 2 bedroom room and both were stunning and had great views.The staff are extremely kind and provided the best service during our stay.I would recommend this hotel highly."
