They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. "Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff were so accommodating. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff in the kitchen and all of the managers in the kitchen area went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for. Great facilities for children. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai after this experience."

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."
