Check in is 3pm yet we had to wait until 4pm before we could use the room. The TV didn't work on arrival and this continued for most of our stay due to a ' network problem'. The room wasn't made up when we returned on the second day. This was remedied quickly but was still disappointing. The hotel kindly provided a taxi back to the airport for us as a gesture of compensation.

I am So glad I chose to stay here. Everything was at the highest level: service, cleanliness, aesthetics, the service in the spa, the small details in the design of the room, the view is breathtaking, and the bed was the most comfortable in the world. Amazing property , looks new , most of the staff is cordial , however it seems as is new property they are not aware of things happening . Book a club room and in h the benefits is mention check out till 4 I had to reclaim this . As well the pool staff one of the best however due to iftar the pool was closing at 330 PM . No one offer other alternative of pool. When we reach to the room in the tv was mentioning free access to the lagoon, however as it was weekend we needed to pay , however this was not mention at all
