The hotel is a wonderful old oasis in the older part of Dubai. It is why we stayed there. Great Creek views despite ongoing construction on the Museum. If you like the old parts of Dubai as we do, it is ideal.

Rooms are generally well cleaned and staff is friendly. It’s a very busy hotel and is close to lots of dining options and shopping areas as well. This time my room’s shower was not working well. Very good hotel.

Good is that lots of places around and its in old Dubai. Also they accommodated early checkin for me. Bad - The TV in the room did not work. I was told there was a minibar in the room, which there wasn't.

Positive points, large rooms, very good service led by Bilal and his team, great location for shopping and numerous restaurants in the Hotel and in the area. Negative very measly when providing Toiletries and Towels not a major issue but requesting them is not something the guest need to do
