This property was amazing! I’d stay here again. There are so many options in Dubai and various prices but this one was really great because it was a reasonable price and five star service and felt very luxurious. The staff are 10/10 the food is also wonderful with many options and the new spa area was very nice. Also the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on!

We loved this place so much, it has amzimg view the staff was excellent from the hotel loby to the rooftop bar to all restaurants their customer service was 1000% everyday day. The hotel was very clean and they made our 10 years anniversary enjoyable.

Amazing building and rooms. Grand Za’abeel room is stunning - beautiful bathtub the size of a plunge pool! Incredible Burj Khalifa view. Staff is kind, warm, professional and execute with grace and humour. Stunning shared areas. The lobby, the hallways, and the views feel luxurious with beautiful modern design. Link is a landmark in itself. A wonderful and gorgeous place to stay!!

My experience at One & Only Zaabeel was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the Staff, the spacious room, the ambience, the breakfast & just absolutely everything. The place was sometimes (not always) a bit smelly, but they tried to compensate that with a fabulous set of perfumes & diffusers. Definitely worth a try. Will come back again.

The staffs and management seemed overstaffed, undertrained, very slow services in all type of services ( checking in and anything with front desk, guest service, housekeeping, valet parking, elevators, ..etc) even though they were polite, friendly, smiling and trying to help. It’s overpriced to the current services level. Restaurants, pool, gym, and lounges were good. It is the first month for this hotel and hope to see changes and improvements in the future.
