Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Avoid!

Moved on Christmas Eve, two days before arrival to an accommodation that was 30 kilometres away from the city centre where we had originally booked. This was awful as we lost so much time travelling into the city and back out each day. The accommodation also wry much below standard. The hallways smelt awful and the cleanliness (cockroaches) and general upkeep of the property was tatty.

Hotels.com 給予酒店錯誤地址，去到才發現係office, 要打電話去酒店查詢，原來這不是一間酒店，係一間中介公司，幾經辛苦才攞到酒店地址，要再花30分鐘車程，到酒店查詢，原來係要自行打電話聯絡中介職員接洽，我從來未遇過咁差勁預訂酒店。 我住三晚，但係沒有清潔執房，更差的是在入住前兩天才收到電郵要收清潔費 HK 450, 税HK $66, 如果早些知道要收費，會取消此預訂。 我係Hotels.com 多年金咭會員，經過這次訂房完全失去信心。
