The peoperty has all the basic amenities, although it is dated the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no housekeeping on Sundays and beds will not be made if something is left on it. Otherwise the location is convenient and close to the zoo. We were only there to wash and sleep so it ticked those boxes.

Staff very friendly, when asked for a downstairs room they accommodated us but the issue was Wotif had already taken our room payment and our new room was cheaper by $22 but Wotif hasn't refunded that money.
