Service was very good with a very friendly staff. Location is central without being on a busy road hence very quiet. Heating system was very good with zero degree overnight. Good amenities but small kitchen (1 pan only) but so close to restaurants that one’s tend to eat out.

The accommodation is well located however there were a few negatives: Check in at Quest hotels take a deposit that can take up to 7 days to be refunded not happy with this arrangement, it should be refunded on check out. This Quest accommodation had a strong smoker smell. The bathroom needed repairs to loose taps The room is showing its age, needs a referb

The tv needed the channels tuned in. The bed was a bit uncomfortable because I could easily feel the join in the mattresses. And there wasn’t enough parking so I had to park in a spot where my car may have gotten damaged. There was a trailer taking up a car spot

The cost of the unit outweighs what you get the bed sheets had holes in them there was no Netflix only free to air tv they offer body wash but it was completely empty the mattress was two sections but one was lower than the other meaning there was a lump down the middle of the bed no point being a king bed overall huge cost for one night for absolutely nothing

Property was good. Servied apartments were not serviced Sunday. Asked for 1 hour later checkout and refused. Expensive apartments and staff were not willing to give anything on chekout time. Would expect a little give and take considering the price.
