Parents can unwind around the BBQ area, while the kids enjoy a realm of amusement with the basketball hoop and balls appointed to the backyard. Set the scene for family movie nights with the choice of two living areas and smart TVs. Don't forget to bring the family pet as the home extends a warm welcome to both indoor and outdoor pets!

THE LOCATION
Nestled amidst a quiet residential area within South Dubbo, Southlakes Haven is a 7 minute drive to iconic restaurants, family entertainment, and heritage-listed attractions. The Orana Mall is an easy 5 minute drive, and is home to Woolworths, Big W, JB HI-FI, Bed Bath N' Table, Strandbags, Dusk, Cotton On and more! Spend the day at Taronga Western Plains Zoo, the perfect family outing to get up close and personal with some of the world's most rarest animals through encounters, zookeeper talks, and tours. Don't forget to bring your swimmers as the children will adore the waterpark whilst the parents sit close nearby at the Zoo Cafe & Bar! Embark on a leisurely escape to the Dubbo Golf Club, where lush landscapes and a welcoming atmosphere await.

Admire the stunning traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden at the Botanical Gardens and after, treat the kids to the adventure playground. Indulge in Japanese cuisine with a reservation at Okami, head to the local pet-friendly Press Cafe, or enjoy the bustling atmosphere at Down the Lane. The South Dubbo Tavern (4 mins away) is perfect for a late night dinner upon arrival. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the home features six security cameras. Four of these are based around the exterior perimeter of the home (all four are operating). Another is outside of the laundry door (operating). The sixth camera (non-operative and taped over for privacy) is located in the kitchen area.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
