"Well located, nicely laid-out property that had plenty of space for the five of us. Comfortable bedrooms. Some signs of wear and tear eg stained carpets/cushions, wobbly shelves, but basically clean. Some annoying problems eg broken coffee pot, malfunctional upstairs shower but Krzysztof was responsive. Future guests should know there were no start-up kitchen provisions so bring your own salt and pepper, dishwasher tabs etc. "

"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

"A beautiful property centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and experience. We were within walking distance to all of the major attractions with many wonderful restaurants and pubs nearby. Lou is an exceptional host, was very welcoming, and had excellent information to share about the area. It was a very special visit for our whole family! "

"Nice flat within a short walking distance to the grocer, a local pub, the Tap House (which has the friendliest staff), a yummy Asian restaurant, Mak 5 and the Luas, which was very easy to use and understand . The house is fairly well equipped (as we stayed 2 weeks we did have to add to the essentials such as TP and paper towels). A perfect spot to live as the locals do."

"Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this. The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works. The room itself also had many of the owners belongings inside. Ensuite bathroom was in need of improvements,...

"Nice sized kitchen, cute style, great communication before check in. Not very sound proof you if wake and sleep at different times."

"The Donnybrook townhouse was perfect for my husband and I during our 9 day stay in Dublin. Walking distance to the Ranelagh LUAS station, lots of great places to eat, Donnybrook Fair grocery store, and bus stop that goes to DART station. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Beds are comfy and fresh. This townhouse is vintage. Don't expect everything to be shiny and new, but there's tons of character and every modern convenience- including a dryer that actually dries the clothes! We loved it. "The location is perfect if you are wanting to explore Temple Bar! You can definitely hear people partying pretty late but that didn’t bother us, it comes with the location. The room is also quite small but my partner and I are both on the smaller side so we were good with that too. In addition, the staff was absolutely amazing and you had to scan your card to get to the floor your room was on so we definitely felt very safe (Dublin itself felt really safe to us in general). I had the best sleep of the trip at this hotel due to the fresh linens, air conditioned room and comfy mattress - plus we were able to login to my Netflix on the tv which just helped us wind down at the end of the day."
