Hotel was lovely, great spa facilities, pool, sauna all great! Staff weren’t overly organised or welcoming at the front desk on arrival, but checkout was a lot more pleasant. (Different staff)
We had an excellent 6-night stay!
The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. The restaurant food and bar staff were phenomenal!
We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Dublin!
Hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the city centre, Temple Bar, the Aviva Stadium etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were staying for the Rugby weekend & the price for everything doubled (rip off Ireland at its best). Apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel
The breakfast was expensive (16 euros each) for a buffet. We did it one morning but realised that we couldn’t eat so much food for it to be value for money.
The pool and fitness suite was lovely and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The wifi was shockingly bad! It was fine down in the main atrium but in the bedrooms, did not work at all.
Lovely hotel! Friendly staff, nice sized rooms, great location. Great pool!
Would be nice if the windows opened or they had AC and if the breakfast room was cooler - only small things!
Stayed for a mid week break, we had a fantastic time, lovely room, fantastic location and the staff couldn't do enough to help ... will definitely be returning on our next visit.
