Staff was great and helpful. Was able to check in an hour early Room was not very renovated, loud room facing the street with poor temperature control, sadly was VERY HOT in our room otherwise staff we kind. Would stay for a night again for convenience of location

A wonderful staff and a beautiful little old building. The rooms were cosy with an Irish charm. Good coffee in rooms. The only drawback is that the breakfast had only 1 vegan option of beans and toast.

Room was clean an both windows opened thank goodness it was so hot in there! At least you could get a cross breeze. The size of the room was good but omg the size of the shower was extremely small. This would not work for a larger person they wouldnt even be abel to get in. The location is great but very noisy when trying to sleep either you hear traffic of people. So be prepared. an the trinity bar downstairs is good,live music an good food

Perfect location & excellent staff! Stayed here during our first & last day in Dublin. Staff was always friendly & accommodating. Love the decor of the rooms. Bar/Restaurant have a great menu & breakfast was delicious!

Room was very basic even after booking deluxe. Although very clean and staff helpful when things needed topping up. On corner of building so very cold, bright at night from outside lights and EXTREMELY loud. Had two very large single glazed sash windows. Room had lots of wear and tear Spy hole in door was falling out Ripped wall paper Shower and bath ran at same time, no way of stopping as broken. Curtains didnt cover windows making it very bright at night. As for the noise!!! Wow.... I used the ear plugs provided but they made very little difference. Trinity bar was nice and reasonably priced compared to other bars. Breakfast was over cooked and we didnt enjoy it as much as the one we went out for the day before. We did enjoy our visit to dublin however the hotel choice was poor.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It was rather cold the week I visited, around 4-6 degrees overnight and my window was obviously broken. I reported it 1h after I checked in and nothing was done. I requested towels to stuff the incoming cold airflow and that's it ..

Great historical building in the heart of the city. Perfect location for walking and exploring Dublin. Very close to where buses pick up and drop off for day trips. Lively restaurant/pub in the lower level. Can be loud at night but we got used to it. Great place to stay!

Excellent Location, Tiny Room

This very central hotel with a bar/restaurant is in the middle of Dublin and incredibly close to everything. The price for a tiny room with a stand up shower was very high, but for the convenience as well as charm I sort of justified it. I would recommend and would stay again.

My stay at the Citi Hotel in Dublin was fantastic -- very friendly and helpful staff that accommodated my early check in request, very nice and comfortable room right in the Temple Bar area conveniently located near everything!
