Cute hotel, good location in the city but there is a rail line running down the street & a night club across the street & no A/C. We would stay again but request a room towards the back of the hotel that would hopefully be quieter

Location was great. Staff were nice. If you want to sleep dont book here!!! There is a bar/club out back so its crazy loud most nights! Some of the days I stayed I heard people partying from noon till 230am it was horrible!! Only saving grace was the location is very central in Dublin. The whole area has bars/clubs so keep that in mind if you like to sleep

Well located, 10 minutes walk to St Stephens Green, and 2 minute walk to Harcourt tram stop. Comfortable bed. Room on top floor very hot but fan provided which was good to have. A bit dated and could do with new pillows and crisper bed linen but not a bad place to stay and it was clean

Staff were amazing and helpful and location was great too, right near the tram stop and Iveagh Gardens, Camden St etc. The building is gorgeous but the only downside was that because it was an old building, it is not as soundproofed between rooms and we could hear squeaks in our room when the next room walked around in their room. I always travel with earplugs, so easily sorted.
