Everything that you want from a hotel, it was clean, super friendly staff, close to bus in to the city centre, or take a nice long walk back. Loads of pubs and breakfast places within walking. Quiet in the evenings and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

Fantastic location, huge rooms, and stellar staff! Perfect base for a week in Dublin. The location is super convenient, right next to key bus and train connections. The room and bathroom were remarkably spacious and well-appointed for an extended stay. Perfect base for a week in Dublin. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. When we noticed a small issue with our window, the maintenance team resolved it almost immediately. A fantastic bonus highlight: the 24/7 Nespresso station in the lobby! Having high-quality coffee with plenty of options and to-go cups available around the clock was a brilliant touch. Highly recommended!

Staff were lovely. Kitchen adequately equipped. My room was mostly clean, clean bedding, clean surfaces but definitely needs a deep clean (lots of dust under furniture and accumulated on curtains, floors hadn’t been washed), and unfortunately only one of the three shared dryers were working during my stay. Amazing location.

I was really impressed with Premier Suites. I was visiting the United States Embassy which was only a 10 minute walk away so the location was very good. I came by DART (train) from Landsdowne Road Station which was about a 15 minute walk. The property was spotless and the room was spacious. There are bars and restaurants in Ballsbridge which is only a 5 minute walk.

The room was great and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large soaking tub, but getting out requires some care due to the high step, and taller guests may need to bend a bit in the shower. Overall, it was an extremely nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the location, as it’s close to a bus stop, eateries, and a few bars. The customer service was excellent!
