We were greeted by Rafael. He was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome right away. He gave usnsome recommendations for restaurants around the area. Apartment was clean, bigger than it looks like in the pictures. 1000% recommended it for a visit to Dublin.

StayCity Augustine was a great value given the close location to City center. Easily walkable to many places from this specific location. The apartment itself was very spacious and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms with separate living room and a fully kitted kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, plus a Nespresso machine. The paint colors are nice and makes it feel more like a real apartment. We only stayed two nights, but it would be great for a longer stay. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little bit worn around the edges (minor peeling paint, etc) but clean enough and very serviceable. The washer/dryer is a typical "all in one" unit which will wash more than it will dry, and a cotton load takes about 4 hours to dry (not an exaggeration). But that is just how those things work and is not a fault, just something to be aware of if you haven't travelled much in Europe. A great value in central Dublin with a great staff.

We rented ann apartment for our family of five. Great location with easy walking access to a number of sites in Dublin. We chose to make our own meals so the kitchen was very practical. Grocery stores nearby for anything you might need. Would definitely recommend this for a family stay or small group.

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We struggled to check in when we couldn’t find the parking lot, but the staff came outside and showed me just where to go. When we had trouble with our washer/dryer, they washed them for us. The accommodations themselves were really clean, comfortable, and modern. Plenty of space!
