"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

We were within walking distance to all of the major attractions with many wonderful restaurants and pubs nearby. "Nice flat within a short walking distance to the grocer, a local pub, the Tap House (which has the friendliest staff), a yummy Asian restaurant, Mak 5 and the Luas, which was very easy to use and understand . The house is fairly well equipped (as we stayed 2 weeks we did have to add to the essentials such as TP and paper towels). A perfect spot to live as the locals do."

"Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this. The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works. "We were very disappointed - some of the towels smelled, cobwebs, dusty, not clean - smell in kitchen, dishwasher, towels were poor quality - not at all like other air b and b’s, smell in closet, location was good, check in was good, communication was excellent "

"Well located, nicely laid-out property that had plenty of space for the five of us. Comfortable bedrooms. Some signs of wear and tear eg stained carpets/cushions, wobbly shelves, but basically clean. Some annoying problems eg broken coffee pot, malfunctional upstairs shower but Krzysztof was responsive. Future guests should know there were no start-up kitchen provisions so bring your own salt and pepper, dishwasher tabs etc. "

"The Donnybrook townhouse was perfect for my husband and I during our 9 day stay in Dublin. Walking distance to the Ranelagh LUAS station, lots of great places to eat, Donnybrook Fair grocery store, and bus stop that goes to DART station. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Beds are comfy and fresh. This townhouse is vintage. Don't expect everything to be shiny and new, but there's tons of character and every modern convenience- including a dryer that actually dries the clothes! We loved it. "We thought the overall experience of the house was good. Some of the conditions at the house was less than stellar. The rug in the great room was filthy. The couch in the great room was not in very good shape. Cushions were to a point that they had no support consequently it was very uncomfortable.One of the handles on the sliding doors upstairs was gone.
