"My advise stay away!! Book somewhere else This property should not be rated as a 4-star. It is maybe a 1 star. There was no mini bar. The USB plugs did not work and the door handles had fallen off. The room was misrepresented in the photos - there was no balcony door - just one tiny window. Had we known what we were booking we would never have booked this hotel. It also did not feel safe at all! We did not stay even one night. We booked another hotel and left. When we tried to get reimbursed for just ½ the amount it cost - as we thought that was more than fair - we were not able. The hotel never even responded to us. Not even a courtesy of a reply My advice - stay away! Book somewhere else!"

The property is also well renovated, and you can clearly see they are trying to elevate it to a true hotel, not some place that is very money-focused and does not bother working on the property itself. "Amazing location within the walls of the palace. The hotel is right next to several ancient sites so if your plan is to see Diocletian’s palace and be close by to the city centre then this is an excellent location. The room was good and clean and the staff were helpful. The shower layout in our room was a bit odd (you had to hold the shower head as the holder was very low and could not be raised) and the breakfast was fine but could have been better. Had a great time and enjoyed our stay."
