We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being able to step outside and immediately explore the beautiful streets of Old Town was one of our favorite parts of the stay. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, especially if you want to stay in the middle of all the history and attractions. ❤️🇭🇷

Excellent little apartment. Very good location, staff were super helpful and WhatsApp communication was fantastic. Air conditioning was a life saver. Highly recommend for a few day stay in the centre of old town

Very nice studio. You have to walk 3 flights of stairs for lower level. No hand rail for most of it. They spray the drapes and bedding with a fragrance. It was gagging me, so I placed bedspread outside. Internet is very slow and at times does not work. Excellent location and good communication.

The apartment is ideally situated in the middle of Old Town, close to all the attractions, restaurants, souvenir and convenient stores. Very clean, bright and cozy for a couple. The only negative comment is the creaky bed, other than that I would highly recommending booking this place. The staff were extremely responsive to any request and friendly.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. First of all, the hotel location is perfect. It’s right in the old town and it’s so easy to get around everywhere by foot. Second, the room itself was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff was easily reachable either through WhatsApp or their physical reception location in old town. They were also very accommodating with a few requests that we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old town but a bit tucked away so you can’t hear noisyness from the restaurants/people. One thing to note is that if someone walks past talking this can be heard or if you stay in the apartment below then footsteps and talking from the above flat can be heard. But I would stay here again as it was convenient and clean.

great location and value for money. shower isn’t very good as the curtain makes it leak everywhere so that should be fixed. weirdly two sinks? not sure why that is the case. no big utensils to cook with like a spatula or wooden spoon otherwise good and cant complain when its good value

Amazing location and stay!

Absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and communicative and the room was perfect! Very well organized with everything I needed. Great location and well designed. I will definitely stay there again and the price was incredible.

Nice stay

Great location. Walkable to everything in old town. Is lots of steps so is you have luggage be mindful of that. The bed is super noisy but not uncomfortable. You can hear people when they leave in the same apartment as you, but that is typically expected with this type of place. The staff was nice and let us store our luggage until our place was ready for us.

House is so nice and clean. Especially location is perfect. But car should be parked outside of old town. And do not bring heavy luggage to the house.

The room was small, but very clean and had most of what we needed. The staff is extremely friendly and communicative. The bed however, was not that comfortable. There are two twin beds pushed together. Might be smart to get a king size mattress, topper, and please please replace the pillows as they were very uncomfortable. The room was centrally located with almost no noise. The air conditioner worked great.

The location is unbeatable! You are in the heart of Old Town, it is so walkable. You are in very reasonable walking distance all the major sites you’d ever want to see and be right near the starting point of any day trips or excursions you want to book. The room is super clean and perfect for spending the day out and basically just coming back to sleep. The noise level outside the building is very mild and generally peaceful. We did hear lots of sound from within the building itself from other visitors. The bed was also extremely squeaky. Staff was accessible and communicative. We loved our time here.

Super convenient location. If you are looking for a place that is right in Old Town Dubrovnik and within 5-20 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions here, this is perfect. The only drawback is that it is located on a staircase, so you will hear the footsteps and conversations of anyone walking by. However, if you are looking for something in the heart of old town and easy to get around, I would recommend! Communication was very good and the hosts were professional and helpful. I did notice ants along the side of the room and near the kitchen, and they were very quick to have someone come by to resolve this immediately.

This property location is very good ,right in the old town you will never be bored . Very clean and they thought about details such as kettle ,tea bags , nespresso which was very handy for a coffee person . My only problem was the damp smell in the room which mt nose gets used to after a while . Also the internet may not be secure so be cautious, ionly used that as piblick common wifi and had some card details used for croatian online shopping . Just be cautious with public wifis . Also note property check out is at 10am which is vwry early wven in Germany known to be strict its 11 am . 10am check out and then they charge 7 euro for locker if you need to leave your luggage . Good business

We spent 4 nights in Dubrovnik and found the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. On arrival we collected the keys and a friendly member of staff walked us to our apartment. This was a lovely touch as the streets are like a maze when you first arrive. Set in the heart of Old Town it’s a perfect base for exploring everything Old Town has to offer. The air con was great which was just what we needed as the temperatures during our stay weren’t falling below 32 degrees at night! Despite being in Old Town, the apartment was very quiet and made for a sound nights sleep. We didn’t cook during our stay but the facilities to do so are there if you choose to use them. Before and during our stay the host communicated with us via WhatsApp so we knew exactly where to go to to pick up the keys. We arrived early and our apartment was ready 😊 Facilities, location, communication and price were all top notch. If Old Town is where you want to be these apartments are ideal.

I loved my stay here last Sept 6-9. The room is more than what I expected. Location-wise, it's within the Old Town. Few steps down are restaurants, grocery stores, shopping area. It's very convenient. You have to note though that it's a couple of steps up, I had a medium size luggage bag and it was a bit hard for me to carry it up esp. that I'm a small girl. The room is fantastic. It's very clean, has air-conditioning (thank God because I came from very hot Italy for 10 days and there werw no air conditioning in the places I stayed). I especially love the bathroom, I'm very picky but this room is perfect. It has clothes dryer, hot/cold shower, basic toiletries. The room also have iron/steamer, small fridge with welcome water and a nespresso coffee machine. Wifi is good too though it could be stronger. Cable was a bummer but I was there to rest and enjoy the town so it didn't really bother me. Their front desk is not where this room is at and I got a little lost so make surw you have your mobile data for navigating. They also communicate with you through WhatsApp. I highly recommend! I'd stay here again if I go back to Dubrovnik. I'm from the Philippines, I really loved my stay there.
