"I didn’t like the fact that the whole reason I booked this place is for the bar /restaurant in the same building ( old Chicago) and we wouldn’t have to drive anywhere else for dinner. And they always had a good breakfast buffet not make your own waffle!No mention of it being closed no refund or anything when I called Best western customer service in fact they hung up on me after they saw that I booked through Expedia ( third party) booking so they feel it was not their fault. when I could have booked elsewhere for half that so no I am not happy! The breakfast was moved to a crowded area by the pool and just typical motel make your own waffle which had a line of people waiting to cook their meals 😡"

"The elevator hardly works. I didn't get the room i paid for. I found a knife under the mattress when I looked for bed bugs. I have stayed at this hotel several times but this will be the last time."
