"The Arlington Cottage" is an elegant Air BNB located in the Historic 11th Street District in Dubuque, Iowa. Within walking distance to Loras College as well as other amenities. We loved all the space for a girls trip to celebrate our friends’ birthdays. There were plenty of room for everyone. We all loved the bedrooms and layout. Some could stay up and do the games downstairs while others could go to their room. We loved how close it was too all the restaurants and location to casino and shopping! Great house thanks for sharing it!

Stayed here with some team mates for races in town. The space was as advertised and shown in the listing. Spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to hang in the house itself because the common spaces were pretty comfy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a very convenient area, close to downtown. It had all the amenities we wanted. Sitting on the deck was relaxing and quiet. The game room was awesome. It was an interesting layout & has a large kitchen, which was nice for us as we like to cook together. All I all very nice.

Very charming property with several unique qualities, resulting in a unique experience. Only significant issue is the property is in need of a deep spring cleaning. Baseboards covered in dust and hair, food in and under microwave, etc.

The house was as advertised. It was very clean and organized and had exactly the starter items we needed to survive the first night since we arrived late. It is in a great neighborhood and worth a walk around the block to enjoy the great view over the city. There are stairs that lead down the bluff into downtown. We actually walked to breakfast at Birdies Bistro about 10 minutes away and to the beautiful library which is even closer. We would definitely stay again!! We enjoyed our time in this home!

This place was amazing and everything we needed. The location is perfect! We were walking distance from Loras College. The view from the deck was just what we needed. The space is open and definitely made our stay away from home more homey. The decor was great as well. Each detail was great!

Such a cute neighborhood! The house was unique architecture as are all the houses in the neighborhood. The house was really well updated and the flow of the rooms along with the fireplaces made it a perfect stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Excellent place stay when visiting Dubuque or Galena. The property was just as expected, and worked perfectly for our girls weekend! Very clean and updated. Host was very easy to get a hold of, and accommodating.

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures! It's clean and spacious and everyone enjoyed it. We came into town for the Field of Dreams Baseball tournament. It is only a short 30 minute drive to Dyersville for the Field of Dreams. The house is in a nice location and you can easily walk to the downtown area and enjoy all that Dubuque has to offer. We would definitely recommend this house and stay there again if we are in the area!

We wanted to do a friends ski trip to Sundown Mountain, this house was the perfect spot for all of us! It was spacious and comfortable. After we got back from skiing and were all SO tired, hanging out in the basement was just what we needed. Would recommend!!
