Perfect for our group

This was the perfect place for our group. It was close to friends that could be our 'uber' for the weekend and close to the marina when we had to walk to our boat on Sunday. Would highly recommend!

Brewfest at Five Flags

Great rental property in great location

The house was clean and spacious. It is in a great location. Easy to get to downtown and area restaurants and shops. Only recommendations would be at add a mirror to the bedrooms.

Convenient & Nice

This home was perfect for our group of seven adults. It was very close to everything in Dubuque we needed. It was clean and the finishes were nice. We were also pleasantly surprised at how much space there was for all of us to spread out. The spaces are even bigger than the photos make them seem. All of us are seasoned travelers, and we were very happy with the set up. Thank you.

Great Find!

We had rented a property near Galena only to have it cancel unexpectedly less than a month before Thanksgiving weekend. We found this place and it was a great find! It was clean, close to our event, and plenty spacious for the eight of us. The kitchen was nicely supplied with all the necessities to cook a meal. Would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a larger space for their family.

Wonderful weekend!

Fenelon Place delivered exactly as promised! It’s a very tidy place with excellent space for our group of eight adults. There is also a nice deck which we enjoyed immensely - gorgeous views overlooking downtown Dubuque, the Mississippi and Wisconsin! Just fantastic! We loved it!

Graduation Weekend

There were 5 adults and 1 infant; we had plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a luncheon to celebrate my daughters graduation and had a total of 12 and still had plenty of room. The location was convenient to the downtown area, grocery store and University of Dubque. We would stay again.

Weekend in Dubuque

What a great weekend in a beautiful home! We were a group of 10, ages 4-67, and it was the perfect spot for all of us! The house was so clean it practically sparkled, had everything you could possibly need and was was comfortable in every aspect! Our family was in 100% agreement that this was the best home we have ever vacationed in. We will definitely be back - one weekend was not enough to enjoy all that Dubuque has to offer! This home is the perfect place to stay if you are planning a trip to the Dubuque area!

Wonderful place for family to stay

This is a much newer property than those surrounding it. It is modern, clean and well laid out. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All bedrooms are roomy and have TVs. Great views from the living room, deck and upstair master BR. Wonderful gathering area on the main floor for the family. Love the location. The fourth street elevator was only about a block away, making downtown and the many things there walking distance. Only problem for us is it was shut down for the winter (11/30 to 4/1), Highly recommend.

This property was so simple to come and go as we needed! We were in town for a family event and the house was a perfect gathering place in between activities. Comfortable and good floor plan. Thank you for everything! A baking sheet was the only thing we wished we had. Otherwise perfect! Thank you for covering the basics but not over the top or complicated.

Motorcycle Weekend in Dubuque

The location is fantastic and house is as listed, although it’s more spacious than it looks. We spent a weekend in Dubuque riding our motorcycles enjoying the river views and curvy roads. The location is a quiet neighborhood near downtown. The neighbors were very polite with a few stopping to visit when we were in the driveway. The Dubuque hills can be a little challenging to navigate especially on a bike. The streets are narrow and Fenelon Place on a hill. We managed fine but something to be aware of for newer riders. Would definitely stay here again.
