"This hotel was so lovely. I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel has some historic charm, which I loved. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, I made it through and would love to stay here again. The check-in process was very simple. The view from my window was gorgeous and worth every cent. My room was small, but had everything I needed. I also loved the terrace restaurant they have. It had an amazing view and the waitstaff was very kind. Mallaig is so peaceful and the hotel just added to it. "

"Lovely room with king bed and small refrigerator in the room along with a kettle and tea/coffee. There is no air conditioning and the upper windows only open two inches or so. This may be an issue in the summer or for someone who likes their room cold. Due to having to keep the window open, there was a loud barking dog in the evening and early morning. Overall, an excellent room if the small details above don’t bother you"
