"Amazing location with the best view "

"Excellent location for exploring London on foot, in a safe neighborhood. There’s a great pub around the corner. Very close to train and bus stations and main tourist attractions and good restaurants. The air conditioning worked well. We had a great check-in experience. My wife and I were given an early check in after a bad day of travel and the man at the front desk even carried a heavy suitcase up a steep flight of stairs for us. That said, we had a tiny, though clean and comfortable room. Barely enough room for our suitcases. And as mentioned above, no elevator to the second floor. "

"The Hotel is in the prefect location for sightseeing. The ambiance, architecture and furnishings throughout the whole hotel were amazing. The staff all treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make sure our needs and wants were satisfied. Very much enjoyed dining and cocktails in The Soak. Meet the same standards as the rest of the hotel."

"One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service. "
