The front desk staff was very helpful. They assisted with ordering cars and were very responsive via email prior to stay. The room was like walking into Bridgerton. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We loved our room - Junior Suite with Balcony - spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough but working the shower was difficult and getting in and out of the bath/shower was tricky. We wish it had been a separate shower for safety. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is handy for Kings Rd and Saatchi Gallery. The 360 bus stop at the door was also very handy for our trip to a show at the Royal Albert Hall. Overall we could not have been happier and hope to return again.
