This is a great hotel in a good location, the staff were very helpful, only thing that was a miss that there was no water in the room, which you would expect from a 4 star hotel

It was in a lovely area. Not too far from shops, groceries, and public transportation. The two girls (I am forgetting their names-sorry!) that worked in the restaurant/bar were so friendly and hospitable. All of the staff was great. Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely hotel on a quiet street. The staff can’t do enough for the guests and every request is “no problem”and “of course”. The street is quiet but a 5-7 minute walk brings you to 2 tube stops and a street with lots of restaurants and shops. Paddington Train stations is a 10 minute walk.
