The space
Step into this spacious 1600 sqft, 3-bedroom historic condo and feel the openness created by its 10-foot high ceilings. While it may look like a typical redstone townhouse, this condo is uniquely special in Duluth's history. This 1880 condo truly looks over the city and lake with the best view in town. While this townhouse looks fairly non-descript, this structure was actually one of the very first structures built in Duluth, that was built to last in which set the tone for future construction in the city.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire condo unit. A designated parking space is provided for one vehicle in the driveway directly in front of the property. Access to the unit is via a private entrance on the lower level, down a flight of exterior stairs. Self check-in is available using a lockbox located on the porch post by the far lower door.

Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations.
