"This place was not like the picture that Orbitz posted (they did not show the rest of the building or the rooms) and the reviews were mis-leading .The area and the muddy dirt road leading up to the Inn were disturbing. The room, which opened with a regular door key, was very unpleasant
and a bit scary...not suitable for even one night. I immediately booked another location, forfeiting the money I had paid for multiple nights. I felt mis-lead, and I blame Orbitz for the waste of my time and...

"I am a disabled man, when I arrived at hotel, I was told the third floor was my room, the hotel receptionist told me the elevator is not working and I’ll have to take the stairs.
Because I couldn’t climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there.
I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they won’t refund me! "
