"This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car."

"This property was exactly as described. Super clean, spacious, comfortable beds, couch was big and cozy, and the showers were hot and had good water pressure. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely book again. Communication was excellent with the owner. Easy check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend this space!!"

"Stay was great. Location was perfect. Nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat, very safe and close to the train. Just know that the unit is not stocked with all the normal stuff. Only one towel per person, one washcloth total, no kitchen towel. So bring those things you want and there is a washer/dryer there. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"It was clean and super convenient to be so close to a metro station. It was right in front of a wegmans which made everything you needed within reach. I had no issues with communication and very quick to respond."

"Owner had it listed I booked the stay, a couple days before check in they informed me that it was not available. So i had to scramble and find a new place. Then I was requested to cancel the booking even though it said it was no refunds. I had to send multiple messages to property owner for a refund with no response then had to call VRBO multiple times to finally get a refund. Never stayed at the place I can’t comment on that but the communication with property owner was absolutely horrible."
