The hotel staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful. Each spoke perfect English. The food was fabulous, the patio nice and the bed comfortable. We had two unusual issues: first our shower stopped up then the door handle broke, but each item was handled quickly and efficiently with great apologies. The gentleman who carried our luggage refused a tip....said it was his favor. We felt like really welcomed guests and will stay there again

Clear and concise instructions how to contact free shuttle from the airport. Immediate response regardless of late arrival. Quick show up of the car to pick us up. Friendly and efficient check in. Opportunity to get really early coffee and some fruits (around 4.15 a.m.)! Wake up call. Very good option for night over. Well recommended

The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. It is a small gesture that will be remembered because not everywhere allows dogs and we thought it might make for an issue, especially at a zoo but since the dog stood in the room it was no issue. Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. This place is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and their breakfast is incredible! My husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. When I left the hotel in a rush; I realized I lost my ipad at the airport, I called the hotel, they found my ipad in the room and had it shipped to me. Totally trust the staff there and will stay again…

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

Central location for a first time visit to Budapest. Great stay if you can our room with the river view was amazing

24 hour coffee free, very expensive shampoo, lotion, conditioner body and hand wash more than enough free, comfortable memory foam mattress, staff helped above and beyond. Walked to St. Stephen's Basilica, Parliament, Chain Bridge, had an amazing haircut for $20 across the street.
