"The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the amenities were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was particularly good—well above the standard typically found at hotels offering free breakfast. While the room was generally clean, it lacked attention to detail, especially around the beds, where we noticed dirt and an old hair tie. The bathrooms were quite clean, and the rest of the hotel appeared well-maintained. I gave the property four out of five stars, mainly because of the friendly service and the quality of the breakfast. It would have easily earned five stars if the room had been cleaner and showed greater care in the housekeeping details"

"Staff were great! Room was old, dirty looking, dated and smells like wet dog . Next time I will spend a little more for a newer hotel. Food from restaurant and breakfast bar was good. It had everything we needed but should have been nicer and cleaner. The staff and customers should have a better environment to sleep and work. Change should be done asap . Or change the name that better describes its condition. Thanks for your helpful staff."

"It was a decent hotel, definitely not high end. We had plenty of space. There were screws holding the window locks in place. The bathroom wall was coming apart from water getting between surround and wall. The toilet paper was low budget. The chairs had stains all over them. Only half the outlets worked in the room. We had a suite and only 1 of the tv's worked. The pool was indoor and was not heated. My kids grew cold quickly. "

"Pros: Quiet end unit townhome that backs up to wooded lot. Back bedroom is very dark at night. Comfortable, nice extras like toiletries, close to many options for dining and shopping. Cons: Direct communication with host was lacking. Everything from host was automated but I did not get responses to a message sent on check in day. An email in reply was kicked back as undeliverable. The kitchen is stocked with basics but could use an updated knife set; there were no chefs knives (all serrated) which I needed for prepping meals. Overall, it was a nice stay and I’d recommend to anyone traveling to or near the area. "
