"Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The showers did not work, the toilets did not flush, and we were unaware of that until after we used the toilets so the room smelled terrible. The rest of the evening because the toilet did not flush. I do not recommend going there. I called the front desk that morning and they were no help. I asked for a refund and they said a manager would be getting in contact with me today. I’ve yet to have a phone call from them zero out of 10 experience."

"Took 3 staff members, 2 hours to find my reservation, which was booked through the Home Office website. Parking is a joke. They took what used to be guest parking in the front and made the whole area very expensive valet parking. When you want your car the valet walks a few feet to get it, if you used self parking you have to walk a block and a half. Customer centered thinking suggests it should be the other way around. I met two couples in the elevator who were issued keys to rooms that were already occupied."

Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from the time we booked until checkout, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The home itself was beautiful, very clean, and clearly well cared for. You can tell a lot of attention goes into maintaining the property. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed during our stay.The home was conveniently close to several shopping centers, restaurants, and other essentials, which made getting around very easy. Whether we needed groceries, wanted to grab food, or just explore the area a bit, everything was nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend staying with Dan if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with a great host."

"The Marriott was serviceable but the room lacked extra blankets, no microwave in the room, and they were short staffed in the cleaning department. I was informed by a letter shoved under the door that room cleaning was unavailable."
