"Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, really quiet and I believe it was full. Breakfast was good. I like the tile on the bathroom floor but the grout is falling apart. There was mold on the caulking in the tub. No ice machine. Price was high but realize due to soccer event near by. Supply and demand. "

"Great place to stay. Pretty quiet in the room and very comfortable with being able to control the thermostat. The Heights is a great place to hang out, have drinks or food, and look out over the river and downtown. I planned to stay for two nights and wound up staying four. The valet parking is a bit questionable considering the vehicle may only be parked a few yards from the entrance, but it's a $32 a day convenience. There are in and out privileges but I didn't need them since when I got back to the hotel I didn't have a reason to leave. I'd definitely stay here again. "
